Denali Venture Philanthropy - Puts Our Hearts And Our Hands Into It
The Denali Venture Philanthropy is a membership organization that works to build, preserve, and promote the unique environment of Alaska's Denali National Park. In the early nineteen fifties, the company created the Denali expedition, which was undertaken by adventurous and hard-charging nature enthusiasts who were bent on discovering uncharted territories in an endeavor to make their mark on the world. Today, the Denali Venture Foundation supports Denali trips for people of all ages and interests. The mission of the foundation is to create a "green" travel experience by supporting charitable and educational activities through travel and education.
While on the journey, participants are provided with everything they need to survive. They have food and water storage kits that are stitched into the suit, as well as thermal protection outfits to keep them from the bitter cold. This kit includes a pair of boots for when the Denali expedition members get off the plane. At every stop on the trek, the Denali Venture staff arranges outdoor activities for tourists to participate in, such as hiking and climbing. These activities are organized by Denali Venture Adventure Consultants, a company owned by the venture's founders, adventure consultants, and fund-raisers.
The Denali Venture Philanthropy also sponsors many other programs, including conservation work in the park. The focus of these activities is education. Educational activities are planned by the Denali Venture Foundation, and thousands of dollars in funding go to support these educational activities. For instance, at each location on the trek, the Denali Venture Foundation organizes a school field trip for local children. At the end of the trip, participants give a special donation in the name of that particular child, usually to a local child charity.
Because of their love of adventure and excitement, Denali Venture Philanthropy participants are often said to be "in the middle of the action." On any given day, you might find adventure seekers walking along the trails or enjoying the activities at one of the five tourist sites around the park. But most of the hard work is actually performed off-site in the fields, where expert technicians tend to clean, organize, and prepare the area. As a result, Denali visitors can spend hours just enjoying the site. Click here for more details about bo parfet
The Denali Venture Philanthropy also aims to connect people through its numerous programs. Many of these programs benefit the community in which the Venture participants live. These programs can be used to help students who wish to study a foreign language, build new homes for people displaced by natural disasters, and even help students who want to go on to train for careers in science, technology, and education. All of these activities are designed to help participants have access to higher education. By connecting students with exciting activities that allow them to experience the world beyond their four walls, students gain valuable life skills that they carry with them throughout their lives.
As part of the philanthropy, the Denali Venture Philanthropy team offers a number of volunteer opportunities. Each participant is encouraged to participate in a number of these volunteer positions, whether they are full-time or part-time. To ensure that all staff members have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, each team has a volunteer manager and director, as well as several Volunteer Assistants, who are responsible for day-to-day tasks, such as answering phone calls, preparing volunteers for field activities, and ensuring that volunteer opportunities are fulfilled. Volunteer Assistants also takes care of the organization's website, which serves as the focal point for many of the volunteer programs. If you are interested in helping the environment or other humanitarian efforts, consider becoming one of the Denali Venture Philanthropy's volunteer staff members.
