Ufa, The Russian Paradise Or The Russian Hell?
Ufa is the largest and capital city of the Russian Federation. The town lies in the center-west of Bashkortostan and on the banks of the Ufa and Belaya rivers, at the crossroads of those rivers. The main residential area is around the towns of Ufa, Vyshtishchevsky, Samtsevsky, Zaitsev, Priboi and Shekhovski. Ufa has a modern airport and has links with most other cities of Russia and out of all the places, Ufa forms the biggest cosmopolitan centre in the whole of Russia
From the point of view of housing and infrastructure, Ufa has got everything that one would expect from a metropolis of its size and complexity. It has a good infrastructural setup and has splendid buildings and apartments. However, it is not so easy to live there as housing projects are still continuing in some areas. Moreover, housing projects in Russia are very often built in such a way that they don't fit in with the neighbourhood or cosmopolitan setting of a town and so there are constant discussions about this with architects and designers. Another negative aspect of housing in Ufa is that the prices of houses and apartments here are not falling but instead rising.
Ufa has a very cosmopolitan outlook, as the majority of its population is either ethnically Russian or has some mixed blood. There are large numbers of tourists visiting Russia every year. Thus, along with accommodation facilities, Ufa is developing a good transport system, both by rail and road. But in spite of all these developments, housing conditions are pretty poor in Ufa. There is a provision for special purpose accommodation but all the available spaces are being taken by occupants. Thus, the question arises whether housing in Ufa is affordable or not?
In order to find an answer to this question we have to go into some details about Ufa and the housing problems that people face there. The town of Ufa is located in the North of Russia, close to the steppe in the Krasnodar region of Siberia. As it is located in a very remote place, all the other regions, especially the ones in the far north of Ufa's location, do not have any railway connections and so it has become difficult for the visitors from other parts of the country to reach Ufa. This makes it impossible for people to visit any of its educational institutions. Click here for more details about แทง ufabet
The main educational institutions in Ufa are Pascherti University, V Sukhoi University and Dnepr University. These are some of the oldest educational institutions in Russia and have achieved good reputation in teaching different subjects. Even though all these educational institutions have achieved positive ratings on various rating systems, they are unable to attract the tourists. So the main reason why students from all over the world are not attracted to Ufa is because of these two reasons. The first reason is that these educational institutions are situated far from the railway stations and the towns and the other important aspect is that there are no direct flights to Ufa.
The second reason that forces people to ignore Ufa completely is that the accommodation facilities are very poor and outdated. Many resorts in Ufa are still not ready to be used by foreign tourists. The third problem of accommodation facilities is that the price of renting a hotel room or renting an apartment in Ufa is a bit too high compared to other places in Russia. There are many other tourist places in Ufa like Chepauk and Severoysky which offer better accommodation facilities at a lower price. So, we can conclude that the people who had planned to visit Ufa had a great disappointment.
